Elsie is a patient advocate, educator and community leader working to embed the patient voice in research, education and healthcare decision-making. At the FH Europe Foundation, she develops educational initiatives and supports an international network of ambassadors representing people affected by inherited lipid conditions. Elsie brings both professional expertise in inclusive education and personal experience of living with homozygous familial hypercholesterolaemia. Her work focuses on raising awareness, developing health literacy, meaningful patient engagement, earlier diagnosis and equitable access to innovative therapies and clinical trials.
